Since 1985, Georges Larnicol’s reputation continues to grow. Today thirty addresses in France display the creations of the one who was once sacred France’s best worker (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). He likes to magnify chocolate.
Just as delicious, the Kouignettes, original extrapolation of the Kouign Amann which come in 16 different flavours but also the torchette, the biscuits (galettes, palets and cookies), macaroons or salted butter caramels.
Since 1995, specialised in the Breton artisanal pastries made with fresh churned butter, Ty Guerné offers you its Kouign Amann, Breton cakes, fars, palets, galettes… ‘Home-made’.
Come and discover its range of regional products (terrines, jams, caramel, honey, chocolates…) and its gifts and souvenirs area (Breton tableware, books, A l’Aise Breizh items…).

Maison du Kouign-Amann
The House of Kouign Amann, in the heart of the Ville Close, offers kouign amann, Breton cakes, “fars” made with fresh churn butter and typical Breton drinks.
This cake made of salted butter is one of the most recognized culinary specialties due to its originality as well as the taste. Even the name, literally translated as “butter cake”, sounds exotic to the ears of those who are not accustomed to the Breton language!
The pâtisserie-chocolaterie Olivier and Kristel Carnot is an invitation to satisfy your taste buds.
One is spoilt for choice between the shimmering colours of the multi flavoured macarons and the home-made chocolate pyramids with incomparable flavours, such as salted butter caramel.
